OceanPointe
OceanPointe is a new collection of homes on the vacant parcel located at Stage Coach Road and Vista Bella. The project was originally approved by the city of Oceanside in 2014 and includes 142 town homes and preserved open space. Secondary access to this new neighborhood will be taken from San Ramon Dr.
Project Milestones
The overall timeline is subject to change and contingent on a variety of factors which Lennar may not have any control over.
March 2024 - Construction Prep, including fencing and construction of sound walls to protect the adjacent open space
April 2024 - Grading to begin
Sept/Oct 2024 - Home construction
Spring 2025 - Home sales
