North River Farms
North River Farms is envisioned as a new mixed-use, agrihood comprised of 395 homes, by Lennar Homes. The community will also include 25,000 SF of commercial space, a new fire station, agriculture and open space. Construction activities will include grading, street widening, paving and striping, infrastructure improvements including sewer, water and storm drain improvements, traffic signals and other associated improvements both onsite and offsite. This vision is the result of several years of planning, community engagement and collaboration with local stakeholder groups.

Timeline
The overall timeline is subject to change and contingent on a variety of factors which Lennar may not have any control over.
Aug. 2022 - Substantial Conformance Review and Approval
March 2023 - Grading begins
December 2023 - Off site road improvements start
2024 - Continued work on offsite road improvements. Click here to download improvement locations. Completion of road improvements will take roughly 18 months.
Mid 2024 - Home construction to begin
Early 2025 - Homes sales to begin
2027 - Construction complete
