The Junipers

The Junipers is envisioned as a new age-qualified, active adult (55+) residential neighborhood that incorporates community benefits for the surrounding Glens neighborhood, including a new neighborhood park, walking trails and improved emergency evacuation routes. This vision is the result of numerous technical studies and more than five years of community engagement.

Timeline

Installation of approximately 7,500 linear feet of underground sewer line began in mid-July and is anticipated to last 3-4 months.

After months of negotiations, a settlement agreement has been reached concerning a lawsuit filed by the PQ-NE Action Group allowing construction on The Junipers to resume.
